Context

Visanik is a premium immigration, relocation & business-setup service tailored for international entrepreneurs — a category heavily polluted by scams, misinformation, and low-quality agencies. With a £10k–£20k price point and zero historical brand trust, no amount of paid ads or typical social content could close high-intent clients. We needed a strategy that built authority, credibility, and clarity before any sales conversation.
The hypothesis: A value-dense webinar funnel, amplified by influencer placements and anchored by a high-trust explainer/teaser video, could educate prospects, establish legitimacy, and drive high-quality consultation calls with minimal spend.

Challenge

The key challenge was designing a high-conviction acquisition funnel that could convert high-ticket clients in a trust-sensitive market on a micro-budget (<$100 ad spend). We had to simultaneously launch the brand, website, social presence, and business development systems, while generating measurable leads and pipeline.
