Context

Beautster operated as a hybrid marketplace + SaaS platform used by salons to manage bookings, operations, staff, and clients. As adoption grew, sales reps were stuck delivering long, repetitive demos, often lasting 60–90 minutes per prospect. This slowed acquisition, reduced capacity, and created inconsistent onboarding quality. The product was strong — but under-explained, and too complex to demo manually at scale.
The opportunity: Build a clear, high-quality motion explainer that communicates product value before the sales call begins.

Challenge

Salon owners were overwhelmed by the dashboard because of the many modules and unfamiliar UX, causing sales reps to spend 60–90 minutes explaining basics, followed by repetitive WhatsApp Q&A. Demo capacity couldn’t scale, and without design or production support, creating a precise, friendly, and fast explainer was difficult. The video needed to be simple, accurate, easy to watch, and able to replace the first half of every demo. The core challenge was creating a scalable explainer that shortened demos, increased lead readiness, and aligned the sales narrative — with no production staff except yourself.
